Powerful Outbound IVR Available as SaaS or On-Premise Solution

Tucson, AZ, February 24, 2010 - Inphonite, LLC, a leading provider of automated messaging systems for medical practices, today introduced InphoniteVoice™ 2010, its new patient messaging system designed for small, medium, and large medical or dental practices and healthcare. The system utilizes powerful Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology to help improve office staff productivity, raise kept appointment rates, and maintain friendly provider/patient relations through the use of timely, automated reminder messages sent via phone, email, SMS text, and Twitter.

InphoniteVoice is available in four editions which meet the needs of one and two doctor practices to large healthcare providers such as Summit Health of Chambersburg, PA, with nearly 3,000 affiliated professionals.

For smaller offices, the InphoniteVoice Outbound IVR System Software as a Service (SaaS) option is fast and easy to set up, requires no additional hardware other than an existing Windows or Macintosh computer with an Internet connection, and features cost effective, pay-as-you go message credits. Medium and large businesses with technical expertise can implement the system on-premise, leveraging their own telecommunications infrastructure. The InphoniteVoice on-premise solutions often have an ROI of one month or less.
