InphoniteVoice
Feature of the Week
Data Mappings, in combination with
Custom
Prompts, allow you to map contact or appointment data to
prerecorded phrases in order to create seamless, customized voice
messages.
This can be best explained with a simple example. Let's say a
healthcare practice has three providers: Dr. Sorenson, Dr.
Richardson, and Dr. Taylor. The practice has an EMR that assigns a
numeric value to each
Provider for scheduling purposes:
Dr. Sorenson = 1, Dr. Richardson =2, and Dr. Taylor=3. Further, the
practice has two
Locations: Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island
(Poulsbo=1 and Bainbridge Island=2).
The next step is to record the five phrases above using either a
telephone or a microphone connected to a computer.
Finally a
Message Template is created that adds these
Variables to a prerecorded message. The resulting voice
reminders include the appointment location and the name of the
doctor, customized for each appointment.
Data Mappings also allow you to map
Contact or
Appointment data to text for use by InphoniteVoice's
Text-to-Speech engine.
