InphoniteVoice's Message Maker provides a palette of 20 drag and drop telephony controls to create both inbound and outbound IVR messages. Three of the controls used in voice messages include Custom Prompts, System Prompts, and Text-to-Speech controls:

• A Custom Prompt is a voice recording created and uploaded by the user
• A System Prompt is a professionally recorded sentence or phrase that ships with InphoniteVoice.
• The text-to-speech (TTS) control utilizes a TTS engine to produce synthetic voice messages from written text.

You can mix and match all three of these control types to add audio speech to your message templates.
