InphoniteVoice Feature of the Week

As explained in a post last week, InphoniteVoice includes 10 custom fields. These fields can be used to store custom data for Contacts and Appointments.

The focus of this InphoniteVoice Feature of the Week is Custom Field Labels. Within Account Settings, you can customize the labels for Custom Fields ("Location" instead of "Custom field 1", etc.). As this change is global, it will be reflected in Messages, Data Mappings, and Outbound Rules.
