InphoniteVoice Feature of the Week
Among the many controls available for the constructing of
messages in InphoniteVoice
is the ability to include "variable" information in your messages,
such as the following:
- Client's first name
- Appointment Date
- Appointment Time
The Variable control allows you to provide the client the
information pertinent to their appointment - that which you are
calling to remind them of. It is therefore a critical part of the
construction of a useful message. And you can include any
information related to a contact or their appointment in the form
of a variable.
