InphoniteVoice may well be the most flexible automated messaging system on the market today. A portion of that power comes from four controls used to build messages. These are the Response, Goto, Label, and Log Result controls.

Building messages is easy in InphoniteVoice. Our Message Creation Wizard walks you through creating a typical message and allows you to record your voice for use in the message. But what if you need to create a message that is, shall we say, non-typical? You can create the message using the Wizard, then modify it using the various widgets available to you in our Message Builder. The four controls mentioned above allow you to modify the message to do things like:

• Automatically repeat your message for an answering device
• Allow clients to communicate their need to reschedule
• Play a Spanish version of the message
• Provide directions to your facility
• Give appointment instructions to your client
