InphoniteVoice Feature of the Week
InphoniteVoice
provides the ability to "chain" Outbound Rules. Chaining rules
means that one rule will execute followed immediately by the next
rule. The second rule will execute only for those contacts for whom
the initial message was not delivered.
For example, if you wished to make three attempts to contact a list
of people by phone, and then subsequently send an email to those
who were not contacted, you could use rule chaining. The first rule
would handle the voice messages, and the second rule would handle
the email messages.
InphoniteVoice supports a maximum of ten chained rules.

Rule Chaining," for a Wiki article on how to implement this
feature.
