ReminderPro was the original appointment reminder calling system created by Inphonite. Using the lessons learned by installing the product at thousands of customer sites, InphoniteVoice was born.
LabRetriever is the Lab Test Results Hotline that works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week fielding lab test results inquiries. By taking the InphoniteVoice platform and extending it with Inbound functionality, the same features that LabRetriever had was rolled up into the InphoniteVoice platform.
RouteView Call Center
RouteView Call Center was specifically created for those in the furniture delivery business. Businesses used this on-premise calling system to message their customers with reminders that they would need to be home for delivery, or have the door unlocked and the pets put away. InphoniteVoice has taken over this need by being completely customizable for any vertical market.
