Inphonite, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our growing Technical Support Department in Tucson, AZ as a Technical Support Specialist.
- The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing phone and web based technical support for our software solutions to our customers as well as utilizing resource tools and escalating issues to appropriate internal teams in order to respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- This individual will also provide technical support for mission critical solutions, act as a company advocate by recognizing potential sales opportunities, and build and share knowledge with team members to provide support that exceeds expectations and focuses on proactive solutions while adhering to established processes and procedures.
- The desired candidate will have previous experience (2 – 4 years) in a Technical Support role, and possess attentive listening skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical/analytical aptitude, proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills, solid PC server and desktop knowledge, ability to multi-task, ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with customers and peers, excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability and desire to work in a team oriented fast paced environment.
- Detailed technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP/2003/Vista/2008 and Microsoft Office 2007 required (MCSE or MCSA certification a plus)
- Experience with the installation and troubleshooting of personal computers, printers, software, peripheral devices, networks and wireless devices required (A+ hardware certification preferred).
- Telephony experience preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
