Over the weekend Inphonite was hard at work making even more updates to InphoniteVoice SaaS. Our Developers have been turning around these updates so fast, that we were able to include multiple builds (build 7236, 7240, 7244) within this weekend’s updates.
Inphonite announces the end of life and end of service for all versions of InphoniteVoice 2010 as of October 16, 2016. After this date, no Technical Support, Implementation, or Professional Services, nor maintenance releases or software fixes will be available. In addition, annual maintenance contracts and per-incident support contracts for all versions of InphoniteVoice 2010 will not be available for purchase.

The Inphonite Team has been hard at work testing InphoniteVoice 7 with Windows 10 and have determined that InphoniteVoice 7 will work with Windows 10. For customers looking to upgrade to Windows 10 or wanting to upgrade to InphoniteVoice 7, we do support Windows 10.

InphoniteVoice 7 is built on the successful InphoniteVoice 2012 SaaS platform with privacy, security, and ease in functionality as the main ingredients.
Inphonite is thrilled to release the InphoniteVoice 7 On-Prem Upgrade to current customers. This product uses push notification upgrades included with the product for customers who maintain annual technical support contracts. InphoniteVoice 7 further offers a limited quantity of free text messaging per month, updated features and functions matching InphoniteVoice SaaS, including better call detection, more reporting options, schedule view, message previews, and more.
Inphonite updates InphoniteVoice SaaS with Message Throttle abilities, a feature requested by Enterprise customers, and adds full support for cross machine/cross account, import and export settings to ease in upgrades, back-ups and system restore. Finally, message preview function updated to be accessed even more easily.
Inphonite releases InphoniteVoice 7 On-Prem Beta to select Enterprise customers with resounding success. Beta customers are asked to test new Hybrid Dynamic Call Detection resulting in 97% perfect response.
Inphonite updates InphoniteVoice SaaS once again, allowing current customers the chance to try out the new Hybrid Dynamic Call Detection, InphoniteSecure, custom reporting and explore things like the new Provider management or the new schedule view with drag and drop functionality and color coding for message statuses. This is a huge update implementing the completely new sleek look of InphoniteVoice.
Inphonite releases updates to SaaS, including several improvements to the Startup Wizard and multiple style updates within the import/export tool. Further additions include a new report format for enterprise customers and the ability to recreate a reminder quickly when needed. Inphonite also added a new more secure, private URL shortener to save character space, which is important when trying to send limited character reminders, such as text messages.
