It's that time of year again—the postcards have been sent out, the art work approved and completed, swag purchased, marketing materials printed and gathered and work has been busier than ever. In a couple of days our annual trip to the MGMA Conference will be upon us, this time in the lovely city of San Antonio. Our representatives will be looking their finest, sporting their blue Inphonite shirts and welcoming guests with a warm smile.
What for, you may ask. Why does Inphonite go through all of the work to attend the conference? The answer is in our tagline: Infinite Connections. We work hard to not only maintain strong relationships with our current customers but also to reach out and connect with potential customers, partners, and anyone with an interest in what we do. The MGMA Conference provides a place to meet other people face to face and get our message out so we can work to get your message out.
Every social media expert I have read or listened to has always underlined the importance of engagement. Here at Inphonite we believe that is a given. Without engagement with people there is no relationship and the connection is severed. We go to conferences such as MGMA in order to not only spread news about our solution InphoniteVoice but to share the benefits of automated messaging and most importantly to learn about the needs of our audience in order to better benefit them. One of the best parts of attending these conferences is having people walk up to learn more, and after engaging with our representatives, tohear them happily exclaim, “We can do that, that’s possible?!” and being able to respond, “Yes, it is possible. That and so much more.”
So here I sit with a desk full of old rough-drafts and receipts, feeling proud that the bulk of the work is done. Now comes the fun part for my cohorts: meeting people and continuing to create Infinite Connections.
