Art of Chat now offers a new interactive way to manage your appointments with the introduction of Schedule View! This innovative feature enables you to keep track of all of your appointments and stayed organized effortlessly. With Schedule View you can easily view and manage all of your scheduled appointments color-coded by Provider, Location, Appointment Type, or Delivery Status. Some of the key highlights of Schedule View include:
- Visual Schedule View provides a comprehensive visual representation of all of your appointments in one view
- Interactive You can easily update your appointments by simply dragging or double-clicking
- Filters Filter appointments by Provider, Location, Appointment Type, or Deliver Status
- Customizable Colors Select your own colors for each of your resources
- Month Overview Get a clear picture of how many appointments you have for the month
- Tooltips Hover over any appointment to view the details
