Our Team has applied a major update to production over the weekend! The most exciting and useful feature is the new and improved reporting tool. We know that reports are one of the most used and requested tool for constant innovation so our Team has spent numerous hours upgrading this feature.
Some things you can look forward to are:
- New, customizable report themes – Choose between Blue, Gray, or Colorful
- Want to add or swap out a column? – now you can with a few clicks!
- Create custom reports with the ability to group by any field of your choice
- Ability to print or download in PDF, CSV, or HTML
- Additional advanced features with the ability to tweak the report with custom colors, fields, scripting, etc. (For those interested contact our Support Team for help)
Additionally, we have added a handy “Help” button to every page. Where applicable, that help button will link to relevant pages for your convenience. Last, but certainly not least, you can now send a Welcome Email to new users of Art of Chat.
