Q3 has had our development team working like a dog! In the midst of developing a completely new feature for Inphonite, we’ve made sure to add-on some highly requested features to InphoniteVoice SaaS as well.
As of Thursday, May 28th, we have launched a new update to InphoniteVoice and Art of Chat! This update is the result of hours and hours of work, customer and internal requests, along with cyber security trends.

Inphonite announces End of Life for InphoniteVoice Server. Customers are given one year from their support contract renewal date in 2020 to consider an upgrade.
Inphonite has updated InphoniteVoice and Art of Chat. This long-awaited update includes amazing text messaging features, using artificial intelligence to understand the intent of your clients’ responses and act accordingly to increase efficiency in your office.
This is a reminder that March 1st, 2020 will be the official end of life date for InphoniteVoice 7 Desktop. There will be no technical support or updates for IVD 7 after 3/1/2020.

On 5/18/2019 Inphonite changed the InphoniteVoice from address for all notifications and reports. Emails, including your messaging results, that you receive regularly will now have a new from address.
