In keeping with industry trends Inphonite today released wide use toll-free texting. Owner and VP of Technology, David Tosi, says this,
“To ensure that text messages continue to be delivered with the highest possible delivery rate, we will be changing all of our customers that currently rent 10-digit local phone numbers for texting, to toll-free numbers. We are able to offer this change at no added cost to our customers and will continue to monitor the situation with the FCC and CTIA for future changes.”
Customers that currently use the Text-Enable feature to port over the text portion of their business phone numbers will experience no change.
