Q3 has had our development team working like a dog! In the midst of creating a completely new feature for Inphonite, we’ve made sure to add-on some highly requested features to InphoniteVoice SaaS.
You now have access to fully customizable Blank TextCards for your business. Each TextCard can hold up to 1400 characters, making it extremely useful for lengthy COVID-19 messages (see figure 1), or other important must-see details such as directions, are payment policy reminders.
Additionally, within InphoniteVoice, we have added the option of Strict Scheduling. When we receive appointments in advance, even if we are waiting for an updated file with last minute schedule changes, we will send out the notification. This feature ensures that even if your system goes down, or the newest data doesn’t come through for some reason, your messages will still go out for those folks that were already scheduled.
