The user interface in InphoniteVoice 2012 has undergone extensive improvements and updates.
On the left we have the InphoniteVoice 2010 dashboard. In InphoniteVoice 2010, the dashboard showed a brief overview of your account, latest news on InphoniteVoice from our blog, and some statistical information about your call sessions. In InphoniteVoice 2012, the dashboard has been expanded using a modern tile based interface. The dashboard is no longer a brief snapshot, but is now a fully usable interface, allowing you to navigate the entire InphoniteVoice 2012 application. In addition, you can configure which tiles are visible when you log in, allowing you to customize your experience.
On the left we once again have InphoniteVoice 2010. On the right you can see the redesigned InphoniteVoice 2012 Message Designer. Believe it or not, these two message do exactly the same thing. In InphoniteVoice 2010, you have to select the edit icon to get to the details of the message. In InphoniteVoice 2012, you can simply edit the message properties directly from the editor.
The InphoniteVoice Client isn’t the only user interface that received a major upgrade in InphoniteVoice 2012. On the left we have the InphoniteVoice 2010 Administrator. In that version, all of the settings to configure InphoniteVoice are displayed in a grid, making it more difficult to navigate. In InphoniteVoice 2012, the Administrator Client has been upgraded to include easy-to-use tabs that clearly and navigate you to the setting you’re looking to modify.
A software application is only useful if it’s usable. Here at Inphonite, we believe that InphoniteVoice 2012 is simple and elegant, but at the same time extremely powerful. The balance of flexibly and usability shows with the enhanced user interface.
Stay tuned for the next InphoniteVoice 2012 feature – Speech Recognition.
